Shift Swap

  • New Shift Swap Notification Emails

    • We will send an email every 15 minutes, when something is new, for any one of the following scenarios;

      • Recipient will get an email when they receive a new shift swap request.

      • Initiator will get an email when they have a shift swap request accepted.

      • Initiator will get an email when their shift swap request expires (based on store expiration threshold) and it is now canceled.

      • Initiator will get an email if all recipients decline shift swap, and it is now canceled.

Reporting

  • Added a company admin portal toggle to disable Schedule Performance Report.

UI Enhancements

  • Updated timeclock settings with additional clarity about what each setting is for.

  • Companies can now create and edit their Shift Type Categories directly in the UI under the Scheduling Setup section.

  • For better clarity, the Timecard ‘Edit’ icon is no longer yellow. It will either be grey (no action needed) or red (needs attention).

  • Removed overlap of store name on timecards. The hover icon moves the name above the ‘time in’ line for full visibility.

  • Pagination applied to notification center.

  • Removed ‘rate’ (pay) field from employee profile.

  • Notification panel automatically refreshes when a file is uploaded, so you no longer need to refresh your entire page to see the file upload progress appear

    • This also includes an automatic refresh of the notification center every 30 seconds when it is open. This helps for better clarity around file upload progress.

  • From the Locations page, you can now click anywhere on the Store Name row to open the store schedule page, without having to click directly on the Store Name.

  • ‘Restrict Ease of Edit’ section has been moved from ‘Automation Settings’ to ‘Scheduling Setup’ as it isn’t applicable to Automation and should always be accessible.

  • Removed the ‘No Data’ screen from the Time Off Request and changed it to a clearer message that there are ‘No Outstanding Requests’ if we have nothing to show.

  • Added a switch in the Admin Portal to disable the ‘Send Invite’ button for companies that don’t require Shiftlab invites.

  • In Pulse the entire date is now clickable to open the date range selector vs just the arrow.
