Schedule Permissions
Editing Shifts in the Past.
(Note: this is a feature that has to be enabled for your role).Users with permission can add/edit/delete shifts in the past.
Note field is required when making edits.
Time Off Module
Two separate settings were added to the PTO Module:
Add/edit PTO manually on the schedule page (past/future).
Delete PTO on the schedule page (past/future).
Both are by Shiftlab Role – select the lowest level that requires permission. Defaulted to District Manager (add/edit) and Company Admin (delete).
Timecard
Forced adjustment for auto clock outs
Previously, if there was an auto clock out for 6 pm for example (and the employee did leave at 6 pm), the timecard would require a change to the ‘out’ time to allow approval of the entry. This means we would require at least a one-minute change to approve the timecard.
This has been updated to: if a timecard is opened and I proceed to hit ‘Save Changes’ without making an adjustment, it will trigger a pop-up allowing me to proceed but noting that the auto clock out will be marked as resolved if I do so.

Bugs Resolved
Shift Swap expiration validation:
Now checks against store level threshold for shift swap expiration to properly send emails when one has expired.
An instance of shift swaps causing overlap shifts is resolved.
Implemented a fix for duplicate shifts in schedule import.
When disabling the PTO module (after having PTO emails enabled), we were not disabling PTO emails. This has been resolved.
