Here’s what’s new:
✅ Bulk Schedule Approvals
Managers can now approve schedules in bulk using our new modal.
🔧 Enable in: Settings > Scheduling Setup > Schedule Approval Process
Plus, we’ve added responsive search options so you can find what you need—faster.
🕒 Timecard Enhancements
PTO on Timecards: You can now make PTO visible on timecards (with toggle).
Pagination Fix: We've fixed a bug that was limiting visibility when applying filters.
⏱ Timeclock Improvements
Unauthorized IP Warning: If a user isn’t on an approved IP, the “Start Shift” button will now clearly display an “Unauthorized IP” message.
This eliminates confusion and improves shift clock-in clarity.
📊 Reporting Updates
Total Break Minutes now appear in the Attendance Detail Report.
A new Paylocity + PTO Report is now available
📈 Pulse & Scheduling Widgets
Pulse Filter by Scheduled Users: Default filter applied to show only scheduled users, reducing noise and improving load time. A banner lets users know the filter is active (and removable).
Non-Selling Hours in Scheduled Hours Widget: Scheduled hours are now inclusive of non-selling shifts. A breakdown of selling vs. non-selling hours is included for better visibility.
🎨 UI & Usability Enhancements
Drag & Drop Open Shifts: Easily move open shifts into the schedule and vice versa.
Copy/Paste for Open Shifts: You can now copy and paste open shifts into the schedule and vice versa.
Clickable Date Navigation: Jump to any date on the schedule—no more week-by-week scrolling.
Chronological Open Shifts: Open shifts are now sorted by time, not by store.
Smarter Shift Swap Sorting: Shift swap options are now in chronological order.
User-Friendly Messaging: Confirmation messages for swap, drop, and open shifts better match the action being taken.
Timezone Flexibility: You can now disable the “5-minute rule” for time punches per store (default ON). Useful for multi-timezone locations.
Simplified PTO Approvals: Multi-day PTO requests (within the same week) now require just one approval.
Easier Store Assignment: Area/District/Store is now listed alphabetically when assigning a store to a user's profile.
Settings Clarity: Relocated ‘user privileges’ section from Automation Settings to Scheduling Setup
New Admin Setting: Option to Ignore District/Area in Location Files
Admins can now choose to ignore district and area assignments when importing location files—giving you more flexibility to organize stores.
