We’ve rolled out several updates to improve scheduling flexibility, enhance visibility in Pulse, and streamline shift management. Here’s what’s new:

✨ New Features

🔁 Bulk Copy for Multi-Week, Multi-Store Scheduling
You can now bulk copy multiple weeks of schedules across multiple store locations — a major time-saver for centralized scheduling teams.

  • Enabled via Settings > Ease of Edit, alongside existing copy/paste options

  • Includes a progress tracker in the notification center so you can monitor large batch actions in real time

📊 Pulse Enhancements

👀 Open Shifts Now Visible in Pulse
You’ll now see Open Shifts directly in Pulse, making it easier to identify coverage gaps at a glance.

  • Controlled via new filter (not applied by default)

  • Currently dependent on open shifts for store and open shifts visibility in the shift swap portal being enabled

🛠️ UI Improvements

🔄 Assign Shifts Without Drag & Drop
Reassigning shifts just got easier with a new ‘Assign’ dropdown inside the shift edit modal:

  • Quickly select a new employee from the list of users assigned to that store

  • Default selection highlights the currently assigned user

🖨 Printable Day View
We’ve added a printable single-day view directly in the Day View toolbox — perfect for teams that need a paper-based reference or quick daily handoff.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue where duplicate stores or employees could be created via the UI

  • Fixed a bug where newly created titles were incorrectly flagged with “biometrics authenticated login” requirement

  • Ensured Open Shifts are properly disabled when the Shift Swap feature is turned off at the company level

If you have questions or would like help activating any of these features, please reach out to your Account Manager or [email protected].
