We’ve released a series of updates designed to improve visibility, security, and ease of use across Pulse, scheduling, and time off management. Here’s what’s new:

🔄 RQ BI Integration

Punch Data Now Sent Hourly
We’ve improved our integration with the RQ BI tool by increasing the frequency of punch data syncs — now updated every hour for more accurate reporting.

📊 Pulse Enhancements

  • 🔒 Limited View Toggle for Employees & Store Managers
A new setting allows you to limit what Employees and Store Managers can see in Pulse:

    • Employees can now only view their own punch data and scheduled shifts for others. They will no longer see store labels like “Open Early” or other employees’ punch data.

    • Store Managers will only see detailed Pulse data (labels and punches) for stores they are assigned to. Other locations will show only schedule data.

  • 👀 Open Shifts Now Always Visible in Pulse
Open Shifts are now automatically visible in Pulse (when enabled), independent of shift swap portal settings.

📱 UI Enhancements

  • Shift Notes Now on Mobile Day View
Employees can now view shift notes directly from their mobile day view.

  • Store Name Display Fix (Mobile)
We resolved an issue where long store names were cut off on the employee mobile day view.

  • “View Schedule” Button Toggle for Profiles
A new setting in Scheduling Setup allows you to remove the “View Schedule” button from user profiles — ideal for limiting broad schedule visibility.

🗓️ Time Off Portal

  • Separate Permissions for Editing vs. Deleting PTO
Admins can now manage, edit, and delete permissions for time-off requests independently, providing more flexibility in role-based access.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • We’ve resolved a backend issue with the Attendance Detail Report — Store IDs will no longer be sent unnecessarily, preventing store capacity errors.
