How an Administrator will get access to their Shiftlab account. This is required so they can configure the Shiftlab Settings for their Company needs, and grant Multi-Level Leadership access to use the platform.

Step-by-step Instructions
Log into your email to locate the welcome email from Shiftlab.
2. Follow the instructions on this welcome email to gain access to the System by clicking "Join Company Name"
3. This will open a username and password page to setup credentials. If you have already done the initial invitation with credential setup, navigate to the Shiftlab URL. This is normally your Company Name within the URL as it is unique to your company. Please verify with your Administrator on what Company Name you use. Here is the format of the URL: https://[CompanyName].myshiftlab.app.
4. Once credentials are setup, you will receive another Welcome Email to get started with Shiftlab.

To access your account, you need to know the Company Name being used within the URL for Shiftlab. The website is as follows, with your Company Name input. Format: https://[CompanyName].myshiftlab.app. If you need assistance with the company name, please reach out to your Company Administrator.
What is my username?
Your username is the work email address associated with your account.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click 'Forgot Password' on the log-in page and follow the steps.
