Mobile App: Shift Swaps

Overview
Shift Swaps are now available directly within the Shiftlab Mobile App. Employees and managers can initiate, review, approve, and complete shift swaps without needing to access the web application.
The mobile experience now offers the same Shift Swap functionality available on the desktop version.
When to Use This
Use Shift Swaps when:
An employee needs another employee to cover an existing shift.
Managers need to review or approve swap requests.
Employees want to monitor the status of submitted requests.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Shiftlab Mobile App.
Navigate to Shift Swaps.
Select the shift you'd like to swap.
Choose the employee or available shift.
Submit the request.
Managers can approve or decline the request.
Once approved, both schedules update automatically.

Do managers still approve swaps?
Yes. Approval follows your organization's configured approval workflow.

ADP Export Improvements
Overview
We've improved ADP CSV exports by introducing a centralized CSV formatting process. This resolves formatting issues caused by commas appearing within exported data.
When to Use This
Use this enhancement whenever exporting payroll data for ADP.
No action is required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the ADP Export.
Generate your export as normal.
Download the CSV.
Your file will now use the improved formatting.

CSV formatting has been standardized to prevent data shifting caused by commas within exported fields.
