We've improved how unpaid Time Off Requests are calculated in the Extract Report to ensure totals are more accurate when reviewing schedules and reporting.
When to Use This
This improvement automatically applies whenever unpaid time off is requested or reviewed. No action is required.

We've enhanced the Open Shift experience within the Mobile App to make viewing and picking up available shifts more intuitive.
When to Use This
Use Open Shifts whenever you're viewing available shifts or offering shifts for pickup.
What's Changed
You can now tap anywhere on an Open Shift card to view its details.
Shift times are displayed more clearly on a single line.
Past Open Shifts now display a lock icon, providing a consistent experience with the Shiftlab web application.
