We launched an update last week that will resolve the looping "Refresh" message for good. But first, we have to get you on the newest version of Shiftlab.
To do that on Chrome:
In the Chrome app
Open the Chrome app .
Select the three dots for menu
Select Settings
Privacy and Security
Clear browsing data
Select Time Frame: All Time
Select Cookies and Site Data, Cached Images and Files
Reload Shiftlab
And on Safari:
To clear cache and cookies:
From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.
At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
Confirm when prompted.
