Schedule Import

  • Ability to export current schedule details

Shift Swap

  • Pod structure creation – this allows companies to create ‘pod’ systems to allow visibility for employees to all stores they can swap between, without the requirement to be assigned to every store schedule (within the entire area, for example)

  • Filters / Search / Sort – this allows users who have many stores visible in shift swap now with pods to easily filter and find the stores that matter to them most. Through a ‘favorites’ filter, which will be the default, they can set the stores they want to see, and only view others when they need to.

Pulse

  • Schedules in Draft Status - provides the ability to choose if they would like to hide schedules that are in ‘draft’ status from employees so a Manager or DM can put them into Approved status for visibility once they are ready (and in turn this setting prevents employees from swapping or grabbing shifts before a schedule is finalized).

  • Additionally, users can set a threshold by store that forces schedule visibility once we hit the threshold. For example, if it’s set to two weeks, once the schedule is within the two-week window, it is automatically made visible to employees in case a Manager forgets to move it to Approved.

Other

  • Notes field added to the time off requests extract

  • Store Level Setting for timeclock enable/disable for quick access and visibility of

  • PTO added to the ADP report even when there are no punches
