Shiftlab is a web application, meaning users will not find a downloadable app in marketplaces like the App Store or Google Play. This design ensures universal accessibility through browser-based functionality across all devices and carriers.
When To Use This
Use these steps when:
You’re logging into Shiftlab on your phone for the first time
You want faster access to your schedule without needing to open your browser each time
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to Shiftlab.
You may see a prompt on login: “Add Shiftlab to your home screen.” Tap the option to add Shiftlab instantly.
If no prompt shows, manually add Shiftlab:
Open your mobile browser and type your company's Shiftlab URL (company.myshiftlab.app).
Once the page loads, navigate to your browser menu or share icon.
Select 'Add to Home Screen' and follow the additional prompts to complete setup.
Access Shiftlab from your home screen, opening the app-like mobile view with a single tap.
Note:
Your login information will be saved, and you’ll remain logged in for 7 days.
Shiftlab Mobile displays your schedule one week at a time, and you can tap any day to view expanded shift details.
