The app gives you quick, convenient access to your schedule, open shifts, and day-to-day details — right from your phone.
Not ready to download yet? You can still access Shiftlab through your mobile browser and add it to your home screen as a shortcut. This is not the same as the app, but it works great as a quick-access option.
Instructions for both options are included below.
Option 1: Download the Shiftlab Mobile App (Recommended)
The Shiftlab Mobile App is the best way to access Shiftlab on your phone. Download it directly from your device's app store.
When To Use This
Use these steps when:
You want the full native mobile experience
You're setting up Shiftlab on your phone for the first time
Step-by-Step Instructions
For iPhone / iPad (iOS):
Ensure Shiftlab Support has enabled your company to view the App within the Store. If you do not see the app, email [email protected]
Open the App Store on your device.
Tap the Search icon and type Shiftlab.
Locate the Shiftlab app in the search results and tap Get.
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password to confirm the download.
Once installed, tap Open or find the Shiftlab icon on your home screen.
Log in using your Shiftlab credentials.
For Android (Google Play):
Ensure Shiftlab Support has enabled your company to view the App within the Store. If you do not see the app, email [email protected]
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Tap the Search bar and type Shiftlab.
Locate the Shiftlab app in the search results and tap Install.
Once the download is complete, tap Open or find the Shiftlab icon on your home screen.
Log in using your Shiftlab credentials.
Note: Your login information will be saved, and you'll remain logged in for 7 days.
Option 2: Add Shiftlab to Your Home Screen (Web App Shortcut)
If you prefer not to download the app, you can still access Shiftlab quickly by adding it as a shortcut on your home screen through your mobile browser.
⚠️ This is not the Shiftlab app.
It is a browser-based shortcut that creates an app-like icon on your device. It will not appear in your App Store or Google Play library.
When To Use This
Use these steps when:
You want fast browser-based access without downloading the app
You're logging into Shiftlab on your phone's browser for the first time
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your mobile browser and navigate to your company's Shiftlab URL.
The URL uses your Company Name in this format: [CompanyName].myshiftlab.app
If you don't know your company's URL, reach out to your Company Administrator.
Log in to Shiftlab.
You may see a prompt: "Add Shiftlab to your home screen." Tap the option to add it instantly.
If no prompt appears, add it manually:
Navigate to your browser's menu or share icon.
Select "Add to Home Screen" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.
Tap the Shiftlab icon on your home screen to open it anytime — no browser navigation needed.
Note: Your login information will be saved, and you'll remain logged in for 7 days.

Shiftlab Mobile App
The native Shiftlab application available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). This is the recommended way to access Shiftlab from your mobile device.
Home Screen Shortcut / Add to Home Screen
A browser feature that creates an app-like icon on your device's home screen, allowing you to open the Shiftlab web app directly without navigating through a browser. This is not the same as the downloaded app.
Shiftlab URL
Your company's unique login address using your Company Name. The format is: [CompanyName].myshiftlab.app. If you have multiple Company Names or are unsure of the format, contact your Company Administrator.
Mobile View
The optimized layout of Shiftlab designed for small screens, providing quick access to weekly schedules and daily shift details.
