In this article, we will walk through all the step-by-step instructions on how to setup Shiftlab for your company.

When To Use This

  • After you have signed up with Shiftlab

  • After you have received your login credentials to access Shiftlab

  • To understand the step-by-step process to configure your company

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Access your Shiftlab Account.

    1. After you've signed up with Shiftlab, your invite email is sent in order to log into Shiftlab and setup credentials. Log into your email to locate the Invite.

    2. Follow the steps here: Admin Account Access.

  2. Once logged in, you need to configure the Shiftlab Settings so the software is tailored for your Company.

    1. Follow the setup instructions in each of the Settings Tab help center guides. Some of these settings you have access to, and some you may not for your company.

    2. Once those are configured, you can start using Shiftlab for your company and auto-building schedules.

  3. Once you have completed the Settings setup, you can auto build schedules and invite your employees to view their schedules.
